A few questions, answered.
Is it free?
You can create an account and use the planner for free. If paid features are introduced, pricing will be shown before you choose them.
Which public holidays are included?
We start with Australian national and state public holidays, with an optional Ekka holiday for Brisbane. You can add, remove or edit holidays in Settings.
How is my leave calculated?
Everything is calculated in hours, with daily pro-rata accrual from your payslip balance. Weekends and public holidays inside a trip don’t use leave. Days shown are based on your standard hours per day.
Who can see my plans?
Only you, plus the people you connect with at the share level you choose. Free/busy shows availability, Plans adds trip and event names, and Full includes your leave balance.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The planner is made for your phone and works on desktop too. Use your browser’s Add to Home Screen option for quick access.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirming permanently removes your account and its planner data.
